The NEW Elementary School project for Redwater ISD involved the construction of a new 35,000 square-foot elementary school facility located in Redwater, Texas. The project, valued at $1,200,000, was completed in August 1999. Redwater ISD, based in Redwater, Texas, was the owner of the project, while Thomas Associates from Texarkana, Texas, served as the architect. The project was delivered through a competitive bid process.
