PG Middle School

The PG Middle School project involved renovations and additions to an elementary and middle school, located in Pleasant Grove ISD, Texarkana, Texas. The scope of work included approximately 50,000 square feet of renovations and a 3,500 square foot new addition. The project was completed in August 2008 at a cost of $2,600,000.00. The owner of the project was Pleasant Grove ISD, represented by Mrs. Margret Davis. The architect for the project was Thacker Davis Architect, based in Longview, Texas. The method of delivery for the project was competitive bid, with Jason Roy serving as the Project Manager and Mike Mitchell as the Superintendent.
