The NEW Pre K Center for Liberty-Eylau ISD is a new classroom facility located at 2901 Leopard Drive in Texarkana, Texas. The project involves new construction and additions, encompassing a total of 15,000 square feet. With a budget of $1,200,000, the project was completed in August 2007. The owner of the project is Liberty-Eylau ISD, represented by Mr. David McLintok, who can be reached at 903-832-1535. The design and architecture were handled by Thacker Davis Architects, located at 1100 Judson Road, Suite 620 in Longview, Texas. The project was delivered through a competitive bid method.
