The Red Lick ISD Middle School project involved the construction of a new, 60,000-square-foot middle school campus in Texarkana, Texas. Completed in March 2008 at a cost of $6,500,000, the project was executed under the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. The facility was designed by John Shiver of Shiver+Associates Architects, located in Denton, Texas, and managed by Project Manager Jason Roy. The school was commissioned by Red Lick ISD, represented by Dr. Richard H. Hervey, and is situated at 3511 N FM 2148 in Texarkana.
