The New Gym and Vocational Buildings project involved the construction of a 50,000-square-foot facility located at 2901 Leopard Drive in Texarkana, Texas. Designed to serve as a gymnasium and classroom space, the project represented a blend of new construction and additions. With a total cost of $5,524,830, the project was completed in March 2005. It was commissioned by LEISD under the direction of Mr. Scott Niven, with Thacker Davis Architects providing architectural design services. The competitive bid method was employed to deliver the project, ensuring cost efficiency and quality in execution.
