General Contracting

Effective planning before the construction phase is crucial for achieving high-quality results. During this phase, we develop a comprehensive construction schedule that outlines all activities, including procurement, fabrication, shop drawing preparation, and on-site construction. We also manage the ordering and expedited delivery of materials, implement control measures for all project activities, and prepare and enforce subcontract agreements and purchase orders.

Construction Management

The CM Delivery System involves three phases, the Design Phase, the Construction Phase and the Post Construction Phase:

Design

Under the Design Phase, we will provide Leadership to the team offering information and recommendations on construction technology (constructibility, quality) and construction economics (cost). Altech, Inc. has the know-how to help avoid costly design elements.

Construction

During Construction Phase Altech, Inc. will serve as the general contractor, taking full responsibility for all physical construction work. Altech, Inc. will update the owner each month with cost estimates and schedules of completion.

Post Construction

The Post Construction Phase is where the owner is turned over the project. Altech, Inc. will ensure that the project is fully functional and all the close out documents are completed.
